The Mosaics & Palmettes are comprised of young & emerging professionals, students, and enthusiast members of the ICAA FL Chapter who are dedicated to advancing the appreciation of the classical tradition in architecture, interior design, landscape design, urbanism, and the allied arts. The groups are designed to create and foster new and growing relationships with those who are starting out in the workforce and for those who are already established in the workforce. The goals of both groups are to to assist young and emerging professionals in pursuing their career goals, opportunities, and business connections through social events, educational courses, and mentoring.

Young Professionals

The Young Professionals group, MOSAICS, includes members that are between the ages of 26-40 who are already established in the workforce. Programming will include evening social events, educational opportunities, certification classes and weekend events. The primary goal of this group is to help individuals grow their business connections throughout the design industry, develop relationships and gain exposure to further their career paths.

Emerging Professionals

The Emerging Professionals group, PALMETTES, includes members that are students, recent graduates, and individuals in the beginning of their careers who are between the ages of 18-25. The programming for this group will primarily be educational with opportunities to connect with established leaders in the design fields for learning, mentoring, and networking, along with their peer group The Mosaics.
