Founder Russ Oliveri and his daughter\, Angelina Oliveri\, Vice President\, will guide you through their state-of-the-art facility and highlight the craftsmanship and innovation that have defined their family-owned business since 1981. \nThis immersive shop tour provides a comprehensive behind-the-scenes look at the manufacturing process of high-quality wood\, steel\, and stainless-steel windows and doors. Participants will gain insight into the full production journey\, from raw materials to finished products\, with a focus on both traditional craftsmanship and modern technological advancements. The tour highlights how precision machinery and automation are seamlessly integrated with hands-on techniques to produce exceptional architectural components. Attendees will also explore the critical roles of paint technology and glazing in achieving durability\, energy efficiency\, and aesthetic excellence. \nGreg Bettenhausen of Wilmette Hardware\, a firm specializing in bespoke architectural hardware design\, fabrication\, and finishing on Chicago’s North Shore\, works closely with Oliveri Millworks on a range of projects. He will share the story of Wilmette Hardware and provide insight into their processes and how their hardware integrates with Oliveri’s custom windows and doors. Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating exceptional design\, heritage craftsmanship\, and the partnerships that bring extraordinary architectural details to life. \n  \n\n \nSpeakers: Rosario (Russ) Oliveri\n\n \nAngelina Oliveri\n\n \nGregory Bettenhausen\n\n\nSpeakers\nRosario (Russ) Oliveri \nOliveri is an entrepreneur with a career focusing on levering his diverse entrepreneurial skills to grow businesses in construction/ manufacturing\, retail and the medical sales field. For the last 14 years\, Russ has been the Managing Member of Oliveri Millworks\, which has become a leader in the South Florida market for Architectural Hurricane Impact fenestration. Russ concentrates on the sales and providing consulting for the business’s hurricane impact testing program. His sales efforts are concentrated in building relationships with Architects and General Contractors for high-end residential and commercial projects. Russ also lectures Architects and other building professionals on Hurricane impact testing through AIA. \nAngelina Oliveri \nAngelina Oliveri is the Vice President of Oliveri Millworks. Prior to joining Oliveri Millworks\, Angelina worked in the Consumer Goods Industry in roles focused on merchandising\, production management and product development. At Oliveri\, Angelina took her past expertise and applied it to developing improved production operations\, new marketing strategy\, and industry trend research. Angelina oversees all daily operations of the business and concentrates on business strategy\, business development\, marketing\, and project Management. \nGregory Bettenhausen\nGregory Bettenhausen is the founder of Wilmette Hardware\, a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in custom architectural hardware for high-end residential and commercial projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Liberty University and an MBA from Lynchburg College in Virginia.
